On the effective date, Genesys will no longer support the Agent Assistance panel in Genesys Cloud.

Between the announcement date and the removal of support, Genesys will continue to support the Agent Assistance panel. After the effective date, Genesys Cloud will remove and no longer support the Agent Assistance module. Organizations can still access the Agent Assistance chat room in Collaborate chat under Personal Groups.

No action is needed. The Agent Assistance chat room continues to exist under Personal Groups in Collaborate chat.
