On the effective date, Genesys will end support for Pointillist, a customer journey analytics solution. All existing customers are requested to work with their Genesys account team to discuss transition to the unified journey management offering within Genesys Cloud.

- Existing Pointillist customers will continue to have access to the Pointillist platform until July 31, 2026. During this time, Genesys will continue to offer support and maintenance as usual.
- After July 31, 2026, Genesys will no longer address bugs or issues that are specific to Pointillist.
