Deprecation: Removal of Webhooks integration for chat notification

Starting July 7, 2025, Genesys Cloud will deprecate the chat based webhook integrations that support the following third-party systems and the supported documentation for the integrations from the Resource Center.

• JIRA
• PageDuty
• Tracker pivot
• StatusPage
• Trello

• Zendesk

Starting July 7, 2025, administrators cannot install new instances of these integrations. The existing instances of these integrations will no longer work after the effective date and the integration instances will eventually be removed from your organization.

Customers must migrate from using webhooks integration for chat notification to Webhooks for Events integration in Genesys Cloud and send chat notifications using workflows.

While this deprecation announcement does not currently impact the generic webhook integration, its deprecation is anticipated in the future.
